Our Commitment to You

We want you to believe in our products as much as we do. That is why we have made the following commitment to our clients - a guarantee that if you are unhappy with your product within the first 30 days of receiving them, we will refund them in full, at no cost to you. All returned products are subject to reasonable trial. We kindly request that all products are returned in their original packaging.

Information About Your Return

• First, you MUST notify a Customer Care Representative at info@zyderma.com, in order to qualify for a refund and to receive return shipping instructions.
• Returns to Zyderma will receive a full refund; however, we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. Also, we do not charge a re-stocking fee for reasonable returns.
• A tracking number & name of courier may be required for proof of shipment and to locate delayed shipments.
• Please allow fourteen (14) business days from the date you ship the package back to Zyderma for us to receive the package and complete the returns process. You will receive an email confirming the product has been returned successfully.
• Returns received after 30 days may not be processed and will be returned to you at your cost.
